Refund Timeframe:

Customers have a maximum of 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, in new condition, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Shipping:

Customers are not required to cover the cost of return shipping. Armor X will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns.

Return Process:

Customers can initiate a return by submitting a request online through our website. Please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on the Armor X website.
2. Navigate to the "Order History" section.
3. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
4. Click on the "Request Return" button and follow the instructions provided.
5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and item will be picked up by courier partner.

Refund and Replacement Options:

Customers have the choice of either a refund or a replacement for returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

Exclusions:

All items are eligible for refunds or replacements. No items are excluded from this policy.

Condition of Returned Items:

Returned items must be in unworn and new condition, with all original tags attached.

Processing Time:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the processing time for refunds or replacements is expected to be 7 to 15 days.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us at armor.x.store@gmail.com with your order number and request for cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, the standard refund process as outlined above will apply.

International Orders:

We currently only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
